Reporting to the AI Enablement Lead,you'llwork closely with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders to analyse needs, shapesolutionsand deliver AI-powered workflows and applications that create lasting value.

Your Impact

- Analysing business challenges andidentifyingopportunities for automation and workflow improvement.
- Translating requirements into practical, scalable AI and application solutions.
- Enhancing andmaintainingworkflows and applications to improve reliability,performanceand user experience.
- Contributing to solution design, discoveryactivitiesand technical documentation.




- Supporting applications in production, investigatingissuesand implementing sustainable fixes.
- Partnering with engineers and stakeholders to continuously improve internal AI platforms and capabilities.

About you

You'renaturally curious, passionate about emerging AI technologies and enjoy solving complex problems. You thrive in environmentsthat encourage big picture thinking.

As an experienced Software Engineer, you'll bring:

- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into practical technology solutions.
- Strong experience analysing,developingand enhancing applications and automation workflows in code-first environments.
- Knowledge of modern AI development practices, including agentic workflows,orchestrationand LLM-based solutions.
- Experience working within agile delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement,problem-solvingand communication skills.
- A passion for experimenting with AI tools and exploring new ways to apply technology toreal businesschallenges.
