Working directly alongside an experienced Practice Director, you'll manage your own portfolio of SME and individual clients, deliver advisory-focused work rather than pure compliance, mentor a junior accountant, and play a genuine role in the practice's continued growth.

- 5+ years' experience within Australian public practice
- Solid taxation and business services knowledge
