You've done 12-18 months in sales; retail, real estate, recruitment, insurance, tech and you have a real interest in business. Now you want to build a career in SaaS sales, with a transparent path to Account Executive and a team that'll actually coach you there.

The role

You’ll be the tip of the spear for pipeline revenue, finding and qualifying the companies who need the solution, and setting up conversations for Account Executives to close. This isn't a call-centre job. You’ll own a patch, run real research on target accounts, and get measured on quality of pipeline, not just activity for its own sake.

What you’ll actually do day to day:

- Prospect via cold call, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and route accordingly
- Run discovery on target accounts before you reach out




- Book meetings for AEs and track them through to a qualified handoff
- Hit weekly/monthly pipeline targets.

What we’re looking for

- 1–2 years of sales experience — BDR/SDR, retail, real estate, insurance, recruitment or similar
- Genuinely curious
- Coachable; you take feedback and apply it fast
- Organised enough to run a pipeline
- Comfortable with the phone.
