The Opportunity

Our client is a large and complex ASX-listed organisation seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders across their Operations division. The Finance Business Partner will play a key part in improving financial performance, identifying cost efficiencies and providing commercial advice across a broad operational portfolio.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Head of Finance - Operations, some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead financial analysis and scenario modelling for key business initiatives, procurement activities, capital expenditure and optimisation projects
- Partner with stakeholders to assess expenditure against budgets and forecasts challenging assumptions and identifying cost-effective opportunities




- Prepare and review monthly management reporting, commentary and ad-hoc analysis to support with decision-making
- Build solid relationships with senior operational stakeholders, providing strategic commercial advice and driving continuous improvement initiatives

The Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following:

- CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 6 years’ experience
- Proven industry experience working in a large, complex corporate organisation
- Experience preparing business cases, scenario analysis and financial models
- Exposure to pricing analysis and contract renewals would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple portfolios and projects concurrently
