About the Position

- 8/6 roster, 12-hour Variable Day and Night Shifts - Lead and manage the onsite tyre service team, ensuring secure and efficient delivery of services - Manage the day-to-day operational relationship with the client and ensure contractual KPIs are achieved - Oversee site performance, budgeting, reporting and service delivery in line with the Contract Management Plan - Ensure all tyre maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with Kal Tire and site procedures - Manage tyre and rim assets, inventory levels, pressure maintenance programs and tyre performance initiatives - Validate tyre maintenance data and ensure accurate reporting through Total Tyre Control™ - Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, audits and incident investigations - Develop, coach and mentor team members while supporting training and career development plans - Attend customer meetings and provide daily,



weekly and monthly operational reporting - Drive continuous improvement initiatives while promoting Kal Tire's Journey to Zero philosophy This is a full time, permanent position based at Ernest Henry Mine, offered with paid flights from Brisbane or Townsville.

About You

- Minimum 5 years' experience within tyre maintenance, tyre management or a related mining environment - Previous supervisory or leadership experience within mining, maintenance or heavy industry - Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing with OTR Tyre Maintenance Competencies - Current HRWL/LF (Forklift) Licence and Driver's Licence - Strong understanding of tyre maintenance programs, tyre failure analysis and tyre management principles - Experience managing site operations, customer relationships and contractual KPI performance - Sound knowledge of safety management systems, risk management and incident investigation processes - Strong computer skills with experience using maintenance management and reporting systems - Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills - Ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams - Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening The Benefits:
