About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will oversee procurement, demand planning, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, and process improvement to ensure operational efficiency and business growth.

This role is ideal for a supply chain professional who excels at problem-solving, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

? Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Strategy & Operations

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.

Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.

Monitor supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost effectiveness.

Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to ensure supply chain resilience.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational performance.

Procurement & Supplier Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners.

Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery standards are met.

Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and drive cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure supplier compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Inventory, Demand Planning & Logistics





Oversee demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels.

Analyze inventory performance and implement strategies to reduce excess stock and stockouts.

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

Improve warehouse operations and distribution efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to align supply with business demand.

Reporting & Leadership

Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for senior management.

Lead and mentor supply chain team members to achieve operational excellence.

Support business expansion initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects.

Drive digital transformation and process automation within supply chain operations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall business performance.

✅ Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.

Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain functions.

Robust knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics operations.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.





Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), CIPS, or PMP are an advantage.
