Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Coordinator is a part time remote role responsible for supporting end-to-end supply chain and logistics activities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns, and assisting with demand planning to maintain optimal stock and timely delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations, tracking shipments, and resolving logistics issues.
The analyst will also prepare reports and dashboards, identify process improvements, and contribute to data-driven decisions that enhance efficiency and reliability across the supply chain.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to forecast needs and maintain appropriate stock levels.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, build reports,
and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Operations to understand workflows, logistics processes, and coordination requirements.
Relevant qualifications such as experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software are beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail is essential.
