The Role
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to support our Procurement, Warehouse and Shop teams.
This is a straightforward admin role focused on keeping orders, stock and information moving through the business accurately. You’ll be working with internal teams and customers to make sure things are processed properly and on time.
What You’ll Do
- Processing deliveries and receipting stock into the system
- Entering and updating job and order information
- Releasing orders to the warehouse for picking and dispatch
- Raising quotes and processing customer orders
- Keeping customer and order details up to date
- Answering customer enquiries (orders,
delivery times, issues)
- Providing updates on order progress
- Working with warehouse and production teams to keep things on track
- Preparing paperwork (invoices, delivery dockets, freight details)
- Booking freight and following up deliveries
- Helping with stocktakes
- General admin tasks and keeping records organised
