Level: Entry-Level to Mid-LevelWe are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, optimize logistics, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is experienced in procurement, inventory management, supplier relationship management, and process optimization, with the ability to ensure seamless product flow from sourcing to customer delivery. ? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, warehousing, and distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and develop demand forecasting and replenishment plans.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Coordinate with production, operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare supply chain performance reports.
- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation and business continuity strategies.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

✅ Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, operations, or inventory management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory control, and logistics operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and supply chain management software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Good command of English communication skills.
