Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and operational goals.
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution operations.
- Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization to ensure product availability while minimizing costs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective operations.
- Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Monitor supply chain performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales, production, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with business requirements.
- Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and warehouse efficiency to optimize working capital.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular supply chain performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards across the supply chain.




- Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational excellence and high performance.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management, with leadership experience preferred.
- Robust knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Experience with ERP systems, supply chain management software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, S&OP;, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
