? Level: Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the effective flow of products, materials, and information from suppliers through to customers. In this role, you will manage procurement, inventory, logistics, supplier relationships, demand planning, and distribution activities while improving efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining high service levels. You'll collaborate closely with procurement, operations, warehouse, logistics, finance, sales, suppliers, and senior leadership teams to build a reliable and responsive supply chain that supports business growth.

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals, customer requirements, and business objectives.

Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution.

Lead and manage supply chain teams to achieve operational, financial, service, and performance targets.

Develop demand forecasts, supply plans, inventory strategies, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels.

Monitor inventory performance, stock availability, inventory turnover, carrying costs, and potential stockout or overstock risks.

Manage supplier relationships, contract negotiations, supplier performance, and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Collaborate with procurement teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize transportation, distribution, storage, and delivery operations.

Monitor supply chain performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reports, and operational analytics.

Identify supply chain risks, disruptions, capacity constraints, and supplier issues, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.

Ensure materials, products, and resources are available to support production, operations, and customer demand.





Analyze supply chain costs and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize operational spending.

Collaborate with finance teams to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.

Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and customer service teams to align supply with customer demand and business requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, workplace safety requirements, and relevant supply chain regulations.

Implement supply chain technologies, ERP systems, inventory management tools, and data-driven processes to improve visibility and efficiency.

Prepare management reports, performance reviews, supply chain forecasts, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, cost reduction, service quality, and supply chain resilience.

Research emerging supply chain technologies, market trends, logistics innovations, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement. ✅ Requirements

Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement, inventory management, logistics, warehousing, and distribution principles.

Proven experience managing supply chain operations, teams, suppliers, and cross-functional business relationships.

Robust knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, sourcing, procurement, and supply chain performance management.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Experience managing supply chain budgets, costs, supplier contracts, and operational performance.

Proficiency with ERP systems, supply chain management software, inventory platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with systems such as SAP,



Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms is advantageous.

Strong understanding of supply chain KPIs, data analysis, reporting, and performance improvement methodologies.

Experience developing risk management, business continuity, and supply chain contingency strategies.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to changing market conditions and operational requirements.

Strong commercial awareness with a focus on cost efficiency, customer service, quality, and business performance.

Ability to work effectively with suppliers, procurement teams, logistics providers, warehouse teams, finance, operations, and senior management.

High level of professionalism, integrity, accountability, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, sustainability, and supply chain excellence.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.
