Founded in 2021, PILLAR has become the trusted micronutrition partner of more than 200 professional sporting teams and organisations globally, including teams across the AFL, NRL, NBA, NFL, Premier League, Bundesliga and UCI World Tour, alongside thousands of everyday athletes striving to perform at their best.

As we continue to grow, we’re investing in smarter systems, AI and exceptional people who want to build the next generation of a global consumer brand.
If you’re excited by solving complex problems, using technology to work smarter and helping build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded Supply Chain Analyst to help build the next generation of planning at PILLAR.
This isn’t a traditional planning role.
We’re investing heavily in AI, automation and data to build a world-class planning capability. This role is about much more than analysing reports-you’ll design them.
You’ll build the datasets, dashboards, planning models and AI-enabled workflows that become the single source of truth for Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams. You’ll combine data from multiple systems, automate repetitive processes and develop intelligent planning tools that enable faster, better business decisions.
Rather than maintaining spreadsheets, you’ll build the systems that replace them.
Working across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and ECom Teams, you’ll help transform how inventory, forecasting and purchasing decisions are made as PILLAR continues to scale globally.
