How you will be assessed?
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Your role', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Knowledge of, or the ability to acquire knowledge of, practices relevant to the warehousing and distribution pick and pack functions.
Ability to acquire the knowledge and skills to operate motor vehicles and materials handling equipment.
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing work environments.
Ability to communicate and liaise effectively with clients and staff.
