We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated FEMALE Support Workers and Carers to join our growing team supporting NDIS participants and aged care clients in Craigeburn ASAP START.

About the Role

As a Support Worker / Carer, you will provide person-centred support to individual living with disability and elderly clients within their homes and the community.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting client with daily living activities
- Community access and social support
- Personal care and grooming assistance
- Meal preparation and household support/Domestic duties
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Supporting independence, wellbeing, and lifestyle goals
- Providing companionship and emotional support

Available Shifts including:
- MONDAY TO SUNDAY ONGOING 10.00 am -2pm.

Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (preferred)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Full Driver’s licence, Comprehensive car insurance and own reliable vehicle registered under you.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident Driver and able to drive to different locations as per clients requirements.
- Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude
- Committed, dedicated and consistent
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience in disability support or aged care is highly regarded
