About the Role: As a Home Care Support Worker, you’ll provide personalised, in-home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life. Your care and support will foster a safe and nurturing setting that promotes overall well-being.

You will

- Provide person-centred care tailored to each client’s goals and preferences
- Assist with personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
- Support with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and social connection
- Work closely with Care Partners and families to deliver consistent care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for compassionate,



reliable individuals who genuinely care about supporting older people.

You must have

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Experience working in home care or aged care
- A caring, respectful, and client-focused approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
