- Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Travel between our Fitzroy and Knox rooms (non-negotiable).
- Manage check-in and check-out processes and update patient details.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and courteously.
- Prepare and maintain patient files and documentation accurately.
- Provide administrative support to the practice management and clinical team.
- Manage operating lists, theatre bookings, and surgical waitlists
- informed financial consent, and prosthesis approvals
- Coordinate pre-operative requirements (imaging, pathology, clearances, pre-admission clinics)
About You
- Previous experience in a medical, or allied health reception role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid organisational and multitasking ability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.
- Computer literacy and willingness to learn new medical software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion.
