About the Role

You will sit inside a multidisciplinary team where planning, spatial, and delivery functions work in parallel - meaning your survey output feeds directly into live planning approvals and delivery programmes.

The work is predominantly feature and contour survey, with exposure to boundary, engineering, and construction survey as project demand requires. The role requires someone who can work competently and independently in the field, produce clean and reliable data, and coordinate directly with project managers, and engineers.

For surveyors working towards licensure, this role offers direct exposure to cadastral and subdivisional work alongside our Licensed Surveyors, with scope to build towards registration as capability develops.

Core Responsibilities

- Feature and contour surveys across residential, commercial, and infrastructure-related projects
- Boundary identification and re-establishment surveys in support of the licensed survey team
- Engineering and construction survey, including setout, as-constructed, and progress surveys
- Processing and preparation of survey data for CAD, design,



and reporting purposes
- Coordination with planning and delivery staff to align survey outputs with project timelines
- Field equipment care, calibration awareness, and adherence to survey quality standards
- Liaison with clients and site contacts during field work as required

What We Are Looking For

- Surveying qualification (degree, diploma, or working towards licensure) or equivalent field experience
- Solid feature survey experience, with exposure to broader survey types considered an advantage
- Comfortable working independently in the field with minimal day-to-day oversight
- Robust coordination skills, able to work directly with engineers and project managers rather than in isolation
- Organised, commercially aware, and solutions-oriented
