The Role
Due to continued program growth, our client is seeking both Senior Systems Engineers and Mid-Level Systems Engineers to support the design, development and delivery of complex Air Traffic Management solutions. The successful candidates will engage with key stakeholders across engineering and operational disciplines to develop requirements, define technical solutions and deliver engineering changes against established system baselines.

Responsibilities · Degree in Engineering, IT or a related discipline. · 3-7 years' Systems Engineering experience. · Experience in Requirements Engineering, System Design,
Integration, or Verification &
• Validation. · Develop and maintain system requirements and engineering documentation. · Support solution design and system change activities. · Manage requirements traceability using DOORS. · Assist with integration, verification and validation activities. · Support Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Problem Change Requests (PCRs). · Participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning and backlog refinement. · Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes. · Ensure Safety, Security and Human Factors requirements are considered in system solutions. · Understanding of Systems Engineering standards such as ISO/IEC 15288. · Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and teamwork skill Senior Systems Engineer In addition, to the above: Requirements &
Responsibilities · 5+ years' Systems Engineering experience. · Lead requirements, design, integration, and verification activities. · Drive solution development while balancing technical, schedule, cost, and risk considerations. · Lead technical reviews and stakeholder discussions. · Facilitate technical working groups and design workshops. · Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering teams. · Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers. · Support Product Owners and Scrum Masters with planning, risk management, and delivery activities. · Drive continuous improvement and engineering best practices.
