This is a rare opportunity to work on the MQ-4C Triton, one of Australia's most advanced autonomous aircraft platforms, supporting the sustainment, airworthiness and ongoing evolution of a truly unique Defence capability. Working across both the Air Vehicle and Ground Segment elements of the system, you'll play a key role in assessing technical information, resolving complex engineering challenges, supporting maintenance activities, and driving engineering changes that enhance platform capability and availability.

Join a team that values curiosity, innovation and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities Review, assess and interpret incoming technical information from a range of stakeholders, including design authorities, regulators, operators and support organisations.

Respond to engineering queries and Requests for Engineering Support (RES) from maintenance teams.

Investigate technical issues, defects and system performance concerns, developing practical and compliant engineering solutions.

Support continuing airworthiness activities, including compliance tracking, defect investigations and technical publication updates.

Develop and coordinate engineering change documentation, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Engineering Orders, Modification Orders and Technical Orders.

Contribute to maintaining platform configuration, technical data integrity and operational publications.

Identify technical risks and support risk mitigation activities in accordance with company processes.

About You Essential





Qualifications & Experience Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.

Minimum two years' experience as a professional engineer within the aviation industry.

Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
