Permanent full-time opportunity!

You’ll have free parking at the Leederville campus, and there is an option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year on top of your standard four weeks annual leave. You will also be entitled to access up to five days of paid Cultural Leave. As we are a multi-campus institution you may be required to work from more than one campus.

You are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person who is passionate about creating employment opportunities and improving workforce participation outcomes for Aboriginal people.

You are a people person – easily able to build robust relationships with communities, managers and stakeholders and bringing experience in workforce services, recruitment, workforce development, workforce planning or related people-focused roles.

You are proactive, proudly culturally aware and solutions-focused, with the ability to provide practical advice and contribute to culturally safe and inclusive workplaces.

Most importantly, you are committed to strengthening Aboriginal employment, retention and career development outcomes while helping build a diverse and capable workforce.

Suitability Requirements To be considered suitable for this position, you will demonstrate:

- Experience delivering workforce services, recruitment and selection, workforce development,



Aboriginal employment initiatives, workforce planning support or related people services functions.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, communities and organisations.
- The ability to analyse information, solve problems and provide practical recommendations that support workforce and employment outcomes.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, organisational policies and culturally informed employment practices relevant to workforce management and recruitment.

Eligibility Requirements and Other Conditions To be considered eligible for employment, you will: · Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person.

- Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
- Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
