Our client is a leading FinTech organisation looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their growing People team in Sydney CBD. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Engineering and Technology teams globally, helping to attract exceptional talent that drives innovation and business growth.

This is a TA role that will be recruiting within Technology, such as Software Engineers
This role is 5 days a week in the office - 3 Month Contract.
As a trusted recruitment partner, you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Software Development, Product and Technology functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage high-calibre technical talent using a variety of sourcing channels and market mapping techniques.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
- Drive an outstanding candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the wider People team on employer branding, talent attraction and recruitment process improvements.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and use data to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Champion diversity, inclusion and best practice recruitment methodologies across the business.
About You
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter, ideally within technology, engineering or FinTech.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting technical talent across Software Engineering, Product, Data, Infrastructure or Cyber Security.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
- Confident sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing techniques.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth or global organisation will be highly regarded.
- Experience using AI tools
