We're looking for a highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team through administration, candidate management, sourcing, and recruitment coordination. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep recruitment processes moving, while also feeling comfortable picking up the phone to engage with candidates and discuss career opportunities.

About Us At Guardian Childcare & Education, we're on a mission to provide outstanding care and education to children aged six weeks to six years. We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator to help us find exceptional individuals who share our passion.

Responsibilities Manage recruitment administration across the hiring process

Review applications and maintain candidate records within our recruitment system

Conduct phone screening and suitability conversations with candidates

Reach out to passive candidates and talent pools to discuss current opportunities

Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding processes

Complete compliance and pre-employment checks

Monitor recruitment activity and maintain accurate data and reporting What you will bring: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration, or a similar coordination role

Exceptional organisational and administrative skills





Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Confidence communicating with candidates over the phone A professional and engaging communication style

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
