The Opportunity
As the Talent & Onboarding Specialist, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for new employees. You'll work closely with hiring managers across the business, helping them attract, engage and retain high-quality talent.
This is a role where no two days are the same, offering plenty of variety, autonomy and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Write engaging job advertisements and manage advertising campaigns.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate employment contracts, pre-employment checks and offer documentation.
- Deliver a professional and engaging onboarding experience for all new employees.
- Coordinate induction programs and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed.
- Maintain recruitment and HR records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
- Assist with HR administration and people-related projects as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
About You You'll be a people person who enjoys connecting with others and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Ideally you'll have
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or HR.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Experience using recruitment or HR systems (highly regarded).
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for people and culture.
