Job Description

Reporting to the Group General Manager, the HotelManager will take full accountability for the strategic and operational leadership of the venue. You will oversee all aspects of the business, drive financial performance and foster a culture centred on exceptional hospitality, compliance and team development.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced operator who enjoys building robust teams, engaging with the local community and identifying opportunities to continually improve business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead all aspects of accommodation, food and beverage, gaming and day-to-day hotel operations.
- Deliver strong commercial outcomes through effective budgeting,



forecasting, labour management and cost control.
- Recruit, develop and mentor department leaders and frontline teams.
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements including liquor licensing, gaming, food safety and WHS.
- Build meaningful relationships with community stakeholders while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the guest experience.

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced hospitality leader with a track record of successfully managing complex hotel operations. You thrive in regional environments, enjoy leading from the front and have the commercial capability to deliver sustainable business results.

You will bring:

- Senior management experience within hotels, pubs or integrated hospitality venues.
- Strong financial management skills with full P&L; accountability.
- Experience overseeing accommodation, food and beverage and gaming operations.
- Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Current RSA, RSG and relevant Northern Territory licensing or the ability to obtain them.
