Macmahon is seeking an Advisor - Industrial Relations & Employee Relations to partner with People Representatives, Leaders and key stakeholders. The role focuses on IR/ER advice, managing workplace relations risks, and ensuring fair, compliant people practices across the business.
You will work with a team, provide training, support enterprise bargaining activities and monitor regulatory changes to keep policies current. Based in Australia, Perth or Brisbane, Monday to Friday.
