About the Role

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders to shape high-performing teams, navigate complex people challenges and deliver practical people solutions that drive business outcomes. Drawing on your expertise in Workplace Relations and/or Health, Safety and Wellbeing, you'll help leaders identify risk, make informed decisions and build a safe, constructive and compliant workplace, while delivering a positive employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business priorities.
- Coach leaders through workforce planning, organisational change and leadership challenges.
- Provide expert advice across employee relations, workplace risk and compliance.
- Lead complex case management including performance, conduct, investigations and grievances.
- Manage WorkCover, medical management and health, safety and wellbeing matters.
- Identify people risks and deliver practical solutions that support business outcomes.




- Collaborate with People Advisors and Centres of Excellence to deliver seamless people support.

About You

- Proven HR Business Partner or People Partner experience in a complex organisation.
- Strong expertise in Workplace Relations and/or Health, Safety & Wellbeing.
- Confident managing complex employee relations cases from end to end.
- Trusted advisor who builds credibility and influences leaders at all levels.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to balance people outcomes and business needs.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or a related discipline.
