The Roles

Multiple Operator positions are available at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation, supporting crews across lithium processing operations.

We are seeking experienced operators for the following roles:

Process Operators

We are seeking Process Operators to assist with the operation of lithium processing plants.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring and recording plant processes
- Collecting routine samples
- Completing housekeeping activities
- Making operational adjustments to maintain product quality targets
- Identifying and reporting process issuesSupporting safe and effective plant operations

Role Requirements

- Current C Class Drivers License, HR license preferred
- Current confined space and working at heights tickets
- White Card
- Front end loader ticket preferred
- Legal rights to work in Australia




- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and medical assessment
- This is a residential role. Must have accommodation within 30 minutes of Greenbushes.

Positions are available across various roster arrangements, including even-time rosters and casual roster pool opportunities.

All roles operate on 12-hour day or night shifts.

Desirable

- Mineral processing experience
- Mining industry experience
- Trade-related experience
- Previous lithium processing experience
