SAP Functional Expert – Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Expert with deep Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) expertise to join a major enterprise transformation program. This role will play a key part in a large-scale SAP S/4HANA upgrade, working alongside technical specialists, project teams, and business stakeholders to design and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
The Opportunity You will be responsible for assessing existing SAP capabilities, designing and implementing VIM solutions, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful deployment into production environments. The role offers the opportunity to work on a complex enterprise program that will have significant organisational impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Support solution design, testing, cutover, deployment and post-go-live activities.
- Provide guidance on best practice SAP VIM functionality and integration.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation and system specifications.
- Support knowledge transfer and capability uplift for internal teams.

About You
To be successful, you will bring:
- Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions within complex enterprise environments.
- Solid expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment and hypercare.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience integrating SAP VIM with Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Exposure to OpenText technologies such as CC4SAP, IC4SAP or related solutions will be highly regarded.
- SAP VIM certification and industry experience in healthcare, government or highly regulated environments are advantageous. [Role Descr...ment]
