We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data & Systems Integration Coordinator to join the team on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of employee data across multiple HR and payroll systems. The successful candidate will bring hands‑on experience with either Workday or Dayforce, along with a strong background in HR administration, payroll, or HR systems operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee data changes across HR and payroll systems, including Workday, Dayforce, and Preceda.
- Accurately manage employee lifecycle transactions, including:
- New hires
- Terminations
- Transfers
- Promotions
- Pay changes
- Leave transactions
- Organisational structure updates
- Conduct data reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Investigate, identify,
and resolve employee data discrepancies.
- Support HR and payroll integration activities, including testing and validation.
- Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain compliance with data governance, privacy, and record-keeping requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience processing high-volume employee data transactions in an HR, payroll, shared services, or HR systems environment.
- Hands-on experience using Workday or Dayforce is essential.
- Experience maintaining employee records and processing employee lifecycle transactions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Proven experience performing data reconciliation and audit activities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exposure to HRIS, payroll systems, or HR data integration activities.
- Knowledge of HR data governance and privacy principles.
