Sous Chef | Full Time
We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and assist with the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen. The successful candidate will have strong kitchen experience, excellent organisation skills and the ability to help guide and motivate a team.

Salary: $85,000 per annum
Employment type: Full time

Executive Chef | Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team, oversee menu delivery and maintain high standards across food quality, service, stock control and kitchen operations.

This role would suit a strong hospitality leader who is organised, calm under pressure and confident managing a busy kitchen environment.

Salary: $100,000 per annum
Employment type: Full time

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial cooking




- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
- Professionalism in all areas of the kitchen
- Good understanding of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in high-volume venues is highly regarded
- Good communication skills and a commitment to personal development
- A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn
