We are seeking multiple skilled and experienced Application Support Engineers to provide technical support and maintenance for critical enterprise software applications. These resources play a key role in maintaining operational capability by ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide systems administration, monitoring, and Level 2/Level 3 technical support for enterprise applications.
- Monitor system performance, produce operational reports, and implement process improvements to enhance system availability and reliability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while providing technical assistance to internal stakeholders.
- Manage the escalation of incidents and problems with third-party vendors, ensuring issues are thoroughly documented within relevant tracking systems.
- Act as a technical resource for projects and business-as-usual (BAU) activities, including supporting testing and implementation of technical solutions.
- Install, deploy, and maintain software updates, patches,



and fixes in accordance with established change management processes.
- Develop and maintain system, operational, and support documentation, including Knowledge Base Articles for Level 1 support teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational safety, security, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should demonstrate experience in the following areas:

- Solid experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 application support for enterprise systems.
- Systems administration, monitoring, and operational support.
- Incident, problem, and vendor management.
- Software deployment, patch management, and change management processes.
- Technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Creation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation.
- Support for project delivery and testing activities.
- Commitment to security, quality, and operational best practices.
- Experience with T-SQL, scripting languages (PowerShell) and task automation.
