Your Opportunity to Join Our Team
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Fitter to join our Further Processing Site in Lisarow . In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
We currently have a full-time position available: the shift will be 5x8 hour shifts 13:00-21:00. Monday to Friday
Additional 15% Afternoon Shift Loading.

Daily Tasks
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults to minimise downtime
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure reliability and safety
- Assist with plant upgrades, installations, and modifications
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts used
- Follow workplace health and safety standards at all times
You Will Bring to This Role
- Trade qualification as a Fitter or Mechanical Engineer (essential)
- Previous experience in a high-volume manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (desirable)
