BamarruPlains is an all-inclusive Australian safari camp in the Northern Territory's tropical Top End, where guests experience some of Australia's most spectacular wildlife and birdlife. Set across more than300 squarekilometresof pristine floodplains and savanna woodland on the edge of Kakadu National Park, this exclusive, off-grid destination features just twelve guest lodgings, offering an intimate wilderness experience forourguests.

The Opportunity

BamarruPlainscaters to up to35guests,and we are looking fora highly talentedand passionate Sous Chef to join our award-winning team, seton a safari campin the Northern Territorywitha spectacular backdrop of theRed Centre,you will bring your love andexpertiseoffine foodto elevate the dining experience to new heights for the region.

As our Sous Chef, you will support our Head Chef, ensuring the high standard of the kitchen with daily preparation and running of service.You'lltake responsibility for completing health and safety logs and inspecting incoming goods for quality.Alongside amazingour guestswith an exceptional culinaryexperience,they will always remember!

This is a full-time role based on site in Bamarru Plains paying up to $83,000 annually.

- Have proven work experience as a Sous chef (or similar) in high-end restaurantsor luxuryaccommodation
- Are a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to bring fresh exciting ideas
- Hold excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles.




- Know how to manage your time, are highlyorganised, and work well under pressure
- Are skilled in Catering for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.
