SAP Test Lead | 6-Month Contract Location: Melbourne

Contract: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering SAP S/4HANA and SAP RISE initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead end-to-end testing across a complex SAP landscape and play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery of a large-scale business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all testing phases including SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, Performance, and Cutover Testing.
- Develop and execute the overall test strategy, test plan, and governance framework.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery partners.
- Oversee defect triage, risk management, issue resolution, and testing status reporting.
- Drive data migration validation and testing activities to ensure data integrity and business readiness.
- Support SAP cloud migration initiatives and SAP RISE/SAP S/4HANA deployment activities.
- Manage geographically dispersed testing teams and third-party testing resources.
- Provide regular reporting and communications to senior stakeholders and program leadership.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:





- Extensive experience as a Test Lead or Test Manager delivering large-scale SAP transformation programs.
- Proven experience supporting SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes across multiple functional domains.
- Demonstrated expertise managing SIT, UAT, Integration, Regression, Performance, and Cutover Testing.
- Experience with SAP cloud migration, data migration validation, and environment management.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience leading offshore, distributed, and vendor testing teams.
- Strong risk, issue, and defect management capabilities.
- Hands‑on experience with test management tools including Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM/Micro Focus ALM, or Tricentis qTest.
