AmazingCo in Abbotsford, VIC is seeking a part time Customer Support Specialist to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on resolving post-experience feedback, assisting with bookings, and providing calm, confident service across phone, email and chat.
You’ll work a fixed five-day roster with weekends, 20 hours per week at a base rate of $38/hr, and you’ll help customers before, during and after their experiences while collaborating with the wider team.
