Downer is seeking a Senior Zero Harm Advisor to join the Energy and Utilities team within the Water business, based in Brisbane. The role reports to the Regional Zero Harm Manager and focuses on embedding Zero Harm principles across project delivery teams.

You will partner with operational leaders and frontline crews to ensure compliance with standards and proactively manage health, safety and environmental performance across projects.
