We’re currently looking for a talented Rehabilitation Counsellor (preferred), Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant, with a primary focus on vocational assessments.

Job Description

How you’ll be making an impact in people’s lives:

- Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
- Designing and implementing intervention programmesusing occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
- Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that support people to achieve maximal work participation
- Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
- Liaisingwith clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employersand stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Psychology or Rehab Counselling (ASORC or AHPRA)
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers




- Willingness to work in the community (must have drivers licence and access to own vehicle)
- Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
