As an Internal Sales Team Member, you play a vital role in keeping our customers moving. You'll be the key link between our products and our customers - ensuring smooth order processing, delivering excellent service, and building long-term relationships. What You'll Be Doing

- Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
- Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries
- Building strong, lasting customer relationships
- Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries
- Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals

What We're Looking For

- Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Intermediate computer skills and the ability to multitask
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
