Role Description This is a full-time, in office Showroom Manager role based in Adelaide, SA. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring an organized, welcoming environment and high standards of product presentation. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the showroom team, managing customer inquiries and consultations, and guiding customers through product selection and design options for bathrooms, kitchens, and laundries. The role involves driving sales performance, monitoring stock levels,



coordinating with warehousing and delivery teams, and supporting promotional activities and merchandising. The Showroom Manager will also be expected to maintain strong customer relationships, uphold safety and compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and showroom processes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience.
- Proven Sales experience, ideally within plumbing, building, or showroom environments.
- Experience managing or working in Showrooms with a focus on product display and customer consultation.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, including coaching and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage trade and retail customers.
- Sound organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in stock and display management.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems; experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of plumbing, bathroom, kitchen, or building products is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in retail, trade supply, or related industries and a commitment to safety and compliance.
