The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager - Western Australia, this hands-on leadership role will see you responsible for driving the smooth day-to-day operational requirements of the business, leading our high-performing warehouse and hose kit manufacturing team, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Managing stock and maintaining accurate stock levels in the Canning Vale Warehouse.
- Oversee the manufacture of hose kits to customer specifications and ensure delivery by due dates
- Monitoring, directing, leading and coaching team members to improve performance
- Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation,



receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel.
- Managing Customer order progression
- Inventory management for remote stock locations - Tom Price Service Centre, Kalgoorlie Service Centre, Pilbara Service Trucks, Newmont Boddington, and future locations that come online

About You

- Hydraulic hose experience preferred, however candidates from industrial hose, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding reliability, punctual and detail orientated
- Safety conscious and able to facilitate and coordinate operation related duties
- Natural people leader with an ability to build, train, mentor and lead a team
