Green Leaves Early Learning is seeking an Assistant Director to support the Centre Director in daily operations and the development of high-quality programmes. The role focuses on mentoring staff, building a warm culture and guiding quality improvement across pedagogy, wellbeing and inclusion.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care, at least 2 years post-qualification experience, Tasmanian RWVP, and current Child Protection and safety
