Job Description

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a *meltdown*.

What You'll Be Doing

- Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence-based support plans
- Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework
- Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers
- Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team
- Championing the reduction (and elimination!) of restrictive practices

You'll thrive with us if you:

- Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
- Have experience reading, implementing, reviewing or creating behaviour support plans
- Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status
- Don't yet have BSP registration? That's okay- we can help you get there
- Have a genuine passion for disability support
- Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
- Love working with people and love writing (yes,



there will be paperwork)
