About This Opportunity The Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology / School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) is seeking applications from current Casual Academic employees within the faculty who are interested in continuing, variable intensity academic employment at the University. These permanent Teaching Associate (TA) positions are teaching‑intensive and contribute to the delivery of high‑quality teaching practice within the faculty.

Responsibilities - Deliver teaching and contribute to high‑quality teaching practice.

- Perform administrative tasks such as managing a tutor team, training, discharging discipline currency and facilitating development activities.
- Utilise expertise in curricula, pedagogy and assessment to advance student learning, enhance student engagement and support the student experience.

Qualifications - Current casual Academic employee within the faculty.

- Involved in teaching allocation of at least 0.2 FTE, measured over teaching weeks, in an Organisational Unit(s) in at least four (4) semesters in the last four (4) years.
- Meet the operational requirements for the appointment.





Perks - Full‑time equivalent base salary of A$106,293 plus a super allowance of up to 17%.

- Total FTE package of A$124,363.
