About The Role At Bentleys Queensland, we know that great client service starts with great people. We're looking for a proactive and organised part-time Team Assistant to join one of our Business Services teams, and play a key role in supporting our accountants, managers and clients. This is a varied position where no two days are the same.

You'll be at the heart of the team, helping to keep client work moving, supporting compliance processes, managing key documentation, and providing the administrative support that enables our people to deliver exceptional service. As our Team Assistant, you'll assist with maintaining client records, onboarding and offboarding clients, preparing and lodging documents, managing ASIC and compliance-related administration, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the team. You'll also be responsible for answering phones, managing mail, completing ATO downloads,



preparing client correspondence and helping to ensure client information remains accurate and up to date.

The role will provide exposure to a broad range of accounting administration functions, and where needed you'll also support document preparation, file management and fee processing that help keep the team running smoothly. This is a 3 day per week, part-time or casual role in our Brisbane CBD office.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and eager to learn. You enjoy working with people, take pride in producing accurate work, and have a strong customer service mindset. You may already have some administration experience, or you may be a university student looking for an opportunity to develop practical skills within an accounting firm.

Either way, you'll bring a professional attitude, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of your work. To be successful in this role, you'll have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable using Microsoft Office, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy will be highly valued.





Experience with ASIC annual reviews and preparing ASIC forms, such as company address or director updates, would be advantageous but is not essential.
