This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, proactive professional who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and quickly becomes a trusted partner to delivery teams and senior leaders alike.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for coordinating and leading the governance framework that underpins our Data portfolio, ensuring strategic and operational initiatives are delivered with transparency, control and confidence. You'll play a hands-on role across governance, financial management, planning, RAID leadership, change control and executive reporting, working closely with Data leaders, technology stakeholders, delivery teams and business partners. More than simply reporting on delivery, you'll actively enable it by identifying risks, removing roadblocks, driving accountability and ensuring the right decisions are made at the right time.

We're seeking someone who thrives on taking ownership,

can quickly build credibility with stakeholders and is comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, bringing structure to complexity and making an immediate impact. If you are a proactive problem solver with strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving successful delivery outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

How will you make an impact?

Establish and drive the governance, planning and reporting rhythms that provide leaders with clear visibility and confidence across the Data portfolio.

Partner with Data leaders and delivery teams to proactively manage risks, dependencies and delivery roadblocks, ensuring initiatives remain on track.

Provide robust financial oversight across the portfolio through forecasting, budget management and investment planning, supporting informed business decisions.

Influence prioritisation and change decisions by assessing delivery impacts, financial implications and strategic alignment.

Deliver concise, executive-level insights and reporting that support effective governance, decision-making and portfolio transparency.

Continuously improve governance frameworks, processes and ways of working, balancing strong controls with successful delivery outcomes.

About you To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Proven experience within Portfolio Governance, PMO, Delivery Management or similar roles in complex Data, Technology, Digital or Transformation environments.

A highly proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate independently,

solve problems and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, including forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting and investment planning.

Demonstrated experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, schedules and change governance across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.

Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and facilitating governance forums.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into explicit, actionable insights and recommendations.

A practical understanding of project and portfolio delivery lifecycles, governance disciplines and execution challenges.

Experience working within Data, Analytics, Technology or enterprise transformation functions will be highly regarded.
