As our Training and Onboarding Lead, you’ll take ownership of designing engaging learning experiences that build capability, confidence and performance across Property Claims. This is an prospect to create meaningful training solutions that help teams deliver great outcomes for members while navigating change and growth.

Working closely with leaders and subject matter experts, you’ll turn complex information into practical learning that sticks and create programs that make a real difference every day. This is a permanent full-time role based in Meanjin (Brisbane).

What You'll Do • Design and deliver training and onboarding programs that build capability, support performance and create consistent learning experiences across Property Claims • Create engaging learning content, tools and resources that translate complex processes into practical, easy to understand training solutions • Lead onboarding coordination by aligning schedules, facilitators and stakeholders to support a seamless new starter experience • Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and embed sustainable training solutions across teams • Implement capability assessment and succession planning by executing assessment frameworks, identifying skill gaps,



and developing targeted uplift plans to strengthen current and future workforce capability What You'll Bring • Experience designing training programs and facilitating workshops • Ability to turn complex information into engaging and practical learning experiences • Confidence building relationships with stakeholders and working across multiple teams • Analytical skills to assess capability gaps and measure effectiveness of training • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on outcomes and capability uplift • Instructional design and training delivery expertise What We Offer • Boosted superannuation with 13% as standard.
