What You’ll Do

- Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store
- Lead by example and help motivate, coach, and develop the store team
- Assist with achieving sales targets, budgets, and operational KPI’s
- Ensure high standards of merchandising, stock processing, and store presentation
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and compliant environment for customers and team members
- Respond to customer feedback and escalations when required
- Assume Store Manager responsibilities when delegated

What We’re Looking For





- Previous experience in retail leadership (Team Leader, Supervisor, Assistant Manager or similar)
- Robust communication and people leadership skills
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Confidence in coaching and supporting team members
- Energy, resilience, and a customer-first mindset
