We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to lead an Awnings production team while remaining hands-on in the manufacturing process. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production skilled to take the next step in their career within a supportive and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Awnings production team to achieve daily production targets and customer requirements.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all safety standards and procedures are followed.
- Monitor product quality to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Coordinate production schedules and support the team in meeting deadlines.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve strong performance and foster a positive team culture.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and manufacturing processes are consistently followed.
- Work collaboratively with production, transport, and warehouse teams to support operational goals.

- Minimum two years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence in handling challenging situations fairly and professionally.
- Computer skills are desirable but not essential.
