What we are looking for:
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, production or manufacturing environment
- Experience working within a Printing or print finishing team highly desired
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to stay focused on a daily performance target and demonstrate how you were responsible and accountable for an outcome for your team
- Ability to manage workflow and multitask
- Natural leadership qualities and experience running a successful team
- A strong voice to speak up and suggest more innovative ways to do things
- The strive for perfection (we only send out the highest quality)
- Ability to read and interpret reports to structure your team's day
