Responsibilities - Manage time effectively so duties are carried out in accordance with SOPs and Wis

- Monitor the product line and rectify defects
- Council and meet with employees when necessary
- Undertake duties relating to AUS MEAT
- Ensure temperature requirements and residency time parameters are met at designated times
- Ensure Personal Protective Equipment is worn, and Personal Hygiene procedures are followed
- Investigate immediate corrective action when there has been a Zero Tolerance detected, water temperatures are below required level, or a non-conformance sighted
- Ensure manning is sufficient to maintain product safety and integrity
- Adjust chain speed to manning levels




- Ensure all operators are following correct procedures at all times in the processing areas
- Ensure compliance to dropped meat and offal procedure
- Ensure Halal and Saudi requirements are being followed
- Ensure all operators are trained to their Work Instructions and assessed accordingly when placed in their position
- Maximise Offal Yields daily – Tripe Kill Performance & Manning ILeader MLIS Report, Annual Leave monitoring, Standard Carcase Trim, Timesheets Qualifications Certificate 2 Meat Processing, AUS MEAT standards officer, MSA qualifications.
